During my interview for the job with Maritime Systems, my desire to complete my designation was discussed and supported.
Shortly after being hired, the company really stepped up and showed an amazing amount of support to a new employee, by agreed to
provide financial assistance towards my combined CMA/MBA program. The Employee Education Assistance Program certainly has removed
the stress of how to pay for the degree allowing me to focus on the work necessary. By having a company show its belief in you, it
makes you feel a valuable member of the team. As a new employee, it made me feel the company valued my contribution and wanted a
lasting relationship. It is just one of many examples of the way the company nurturers and supports its employees. I have worked
for a number of businesses and Maritime Systems really is a step above.
